It is the time of year when we pledge our support (and our dollars) to our Spring Valley neighborhood and the Community Association that maintains it. The membership fee is $525 for the entire year. What a bargain for this beautiful neighborhood! Invoices will be mailed in late March, and the fees are due by April 1. We will certainly accept payment after April 1st.
We can accept payment several ways...
- You may pay by check, please make checks payable to 'Spring Valley Farms Community Association': mail to 797 Spring Valley Road, Altamonte Springs, FL, 32714
- Drop your check off or this is the mail slot in the door on the opposite side of the building from the bathrooms in the park.
- You may pay via Credit Card. Click the green 'Buy Now' button to make a payment via credit card.
