 Spring Valley is a beautiful neighborhood located in Altamonte Springs, Florida. On the south end of Seminole County, Spring Valley is conveniently located on the west side of I-4 just south of SR 436 (Semoran Blvd). The neighborhood is full of tree lined streets, that once you enter you forget how nearby you are to restaurants and shopping. 

One of the best features of our neighborhood is Spring Lake, located about halfway into the neighborhood off the main road. Spring Valley Farms Community Association Members have year round access to this neighborhood park which features access to a lake for fishing and boating, or just watching the sunrise as shown above. The park also includes a playground, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, a pavilion, and a fire pit.
