As a new resident, we will prorate your annual dues (quarterly) to our Spring Valley neighborhood and the Community Association that maintains it. The membership fee is $525 for the entire year. This is a nine month membership pro-rated at $393.75. What a bargain for this beautiful neighborhood! Invoices are mailed in early March, and the fees are from April 1st to March 31st. Anyone moving in April/May/June are requested to pay full year membership. Anyone moving in July/August/September should select this product.
We can accept payment several ways...
- You may pay by check, please make checks payable to 'Spring Valley Farms Community Association': drop your check off at 797 Spring Valley (this is the mail slot at the park, opposite side of the building from the bathrooms)
- You may pay via Paypal. Click the green 'Buy Now' button to make a payment via PayPal.
- Membership in the Community Association supports security by off-duty Deputy Sheriffs, maintenance of the common areas and the Park, activities including the tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, putting green, horseshoe pit, boat landing and docks, and play areas, social events and more. This is a three month membership pro-rated at $131.25. What a bargain for this beautiful neighborhood! Invoices are mailed in early March, and the fees are from April 1st to March 31st. Anyone moving in April/May/June are requested to pay full year membership. Anyone moving in July/August/September should select the 9 month product. Anyone moving in October/November/December should select the 6 month product. Anyone moving in January/February/March may either select this product and then rejoin in 3 months, however in this case if you select the "Full year 2026/2027" it is just the $525 full year price meaning you don't need to pay for the 3 months, i.e. 15 months for the price of 12.

Join the Spring Valley Community Association that maintains this wonderful community and park.
The membership fee is $315 for the entire year and is due April 1st and provides a year of membership through to March 30th the following year.. What a bargain for this beautiful neighborhood! This covers the 2024/2025 year.
Reminders are mailed in late March to all homeowners.
